1. Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

If the product is unused and you contact us within 7 days of its arrival, we will accept returns. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please notify us in advance for returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

・Products that have been opened and used once

・If the product is damaged, soiled, or broken while in the customer's possession

・Products without packaging (bags, boxes, cases)

・If the product was not purchased from the Mind Up online shop

・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago

・If you have not contacted Mind Up in advance

2.In the case of a return or exchange due to a defect on our part

If there are any mistakes with the product, or if the product has scratches, dirt, or the possibility of initial defects, please contact the Mind Up Online Store. We will respond promptly.
