- We cannot change the delivery address, contents, or cancel the order after the product has been shipped.

We do not accept convenience store pickups. You cannot receive your order by specifying a convenience store address as the delivery address.

If your package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to accept, we may charge you for the round-trip shipping costs incurred at that time, as well as the shipping costs for resending. Additionally, the payment for the product and shipping fees will not be refunded.
